		<description>On solution #4, I finally got it to work by examining the page source and using the CSS and HTML mark-up provided there. Then reading your explanation on how to compute the sizes of the columns. It will be interesting to see how this works with a header and footer div tossed into the mix but I do love the pure CSS solution concept.

The only quibble I have is that when using this method it would appear that I am stuck with fixing the width of all columns and I would truly love to have a flexible width content div...</description>
