@Tushar: As of now, the best thing you can do is a screen capture and then place the image in your PDF manually.

However, there is a premium version of FusionCharts Free called FusionCharts v3 which allows you to export the chart as PDF with one single click – http://www.fusioncharts.com/Demos/ExportChart/Contents/client_export.html
