		<description><![CDATA[I agree with your points as well.  We see this time and time again, clients that were not given the service they needed.  I believe it is a great practice to provide customer service, but not when you have to take a loss.  Great post!]]></description>

They also throw in freebies that is eating our cost. In the end the bottom line is bad and as you have mentioned some of them won&#039;t remember the discount they had.
